WHCA and Boy Scouts Troop 30 observe this federal holiday by flying flags at homes in our neighborhood. The Holiday Flag Program marks these occasions by displaying flags at participating sponsors' homes; the money raised supports Boy Scout Troop 30 and the WHCA Beautification Committee.
