Woodland Heights Civic Association is a non-profit entity created in 1986 “to bring about civic betterment and social improvements in the Woodland Heights area of Houston, Texas.”

Membership in WHCA is voluntary. Those who wish to support the many initiatives of the organisation are encouraged to make a donation to help fund those efforts.
