President Felicia Zbranek called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM. with 31 members present. Pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited. Board Members Present: Felicia Zbranek, Vicky Bettis, Sharon Greiff, Pat Hallmark, Tony Maluski, R.C. Hayden, Beth Martin, and Chuck Britton

Centennial Chairs present: Pat Rutledge and Louise Moss
Relay For Life volunteer, Barbara Dickens was not present for her presentation.
Felicia Zbranek presented the following slate of officers for 2008-2009, and each candidate was allowed to speak.

The voting was done by ballot. Pat Rutledge, Matt Hartzell, and Sharon Greiff counted the votes. The above slate received the majority vote and are the new officers for 2008-2009.
Officer Reports:
R.C. Hayden reported a YTD balance of
$517.94. The planting of twelve (12) trees
in February was done at a net cost of $64.05.
Vicky Bettis reported a total of $26,395.00 for membership, representing a total of 618 households. This is a 13% increase over last years membership. The neighborhood should receive a flyer in the mail for the payment of 2008-2009 dues.
Chuck Britton : No report
Tony Maluski reported that the Water Main Project is progressing fairly well. A completion time is still not available. Many questions concerning getting the area back in order were brought to the floor.
Sharon Greiff reported 65% of our lots in the association area are now lot protected.
Beth Martin in charge of the Newsletter, thanked the Body and the Board for their cooperation through out the year.
Pat Hallmark thanked the Body and the Board for allowing her to serve.
Felicia Zbranek thanked each of the Board Members for their hard work throughout the year, along with the Centennial Chairs.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
