President, Felicia Zbranek called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM. There were

23 in attendance, plus 5 guests.

Represenatives from the  Storm Sewer Project and the City of Houston spoke on the progress of this Project.  Questions were taken from the floor and answered by Larry Janek, Aldo Ranzani, and Ravi Yanamandala.  Most of the questions were complaints about the noise, dust, and seemingly excessive use of excavators, which was causing damage to homes.  The gentlemen took notes, and promised to address each of the complaints.

The project was started in August of 2007, and will end in August of 2008.
