INFO Mailing List Acceptable Use Policy

The info mailing list is reserved for time-sensitive announcements such as meeting announcements, crime reports, and lost & found pets. All other questions, information, announcements, advice, discussions, giveaways, for-sale items, rental property announcements, etc. should utilize the Woodland Heights bulletin board system. This list is not to be used by anyone for commercial purposes, including self-promotion or the promotion of a business or service. Postings should reflect courtesy, respect, and tolerance for fellow posters and their opinions. Cursing and other vulgarities are not acceptable. Those who harass or personally attack other users on the Info mailing list may have a formal complaint filed with the user's Internet Service Provider. Any violations of this policy will result in a warning from the mailing list administrator. Repeat offenders will be un-subscribed from the list and will not be allowed to re-subscribe for a period of at least 6 months. List members may report violations of these guidelines or policies to mailing-list-admin@woodland-heights.org.

To subscribe or unsubscribe from the INFO mailing list, please complete the following form and click the "SUBMIT" button. Requests to un-subscribe will be processed immediately. Subscribe requests are processed as quickly as possible, but may take several days as all requests are manually validated by volunteers.
